ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will like your AMELIE purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied or find it unsuitable, items can be returned to AMELIE for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
To return products please notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item by emailing us at – firstname.lastname@example.org
We will email you with a returns authorization code.
Please include your original proof of purchase, and a completed returns form in the returned parcel and send to:

Returned items not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted.
Items are returned to AMELIE at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
A replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been received by us.
Please note that items can only be refunded to the original card holder.
AMELIE will refund or exchange products provided that they are in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used.This means the item cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please try shoes on a carpeted surface, as damaged soles will not be accepted.
- We can not accept returns of fragrances that have been removed from their original, sealed plastic packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings, swimwear, underwear or cosmetics.
In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item. However we reserve the right to charge any costs we incur with connection to the returned items.
SALE – ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
As above – However sale items bought online must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
FAULTY / LATE RETURNS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs withing six months of purchase.
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
For faulty or late returns past the 14 day return period please contact us on email@example.com or call +44 (0) 1442 873960. Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
Items bought in store at AMELIE are not able to be refunded.
Our sales team are there to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
You can return an item bought in store for an exchange or store credit note within 14 days of purchase, providing you have proof of purchase and adhere to the same terms & conditions as above.
All sale purchases in store are final, no exchange or credit note is given.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
