Position: Part-Time Sales Assistant & Stylist

The Role:

As a Sales Assistant/Stylist, you’ll be the face of our boutique, building relationships with our customers and helping them discover their perfect wardrobe pieces. You’ll play a key role in styling clients, creating visually inviting displays, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

*              Provide exceptional, personalized customer service.

*              Offer styling advice and outfit recommendations.

*              Support in visual merchandising and maintaining shop floor standards.

*              Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.

*              Process sales transactions in-store and online, and handle customer queries in a professional manner.

*              Build on your brand awareness and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.

*              Update our social media accounts in line with our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For:

*              A genuine passion for fashion and styling, with a keen eye for detail.

*              Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential (fashion or womenswear is a plus!).

*              Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

*              A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

*              Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

*              Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holiday cover.

Hourly rate – National Living Wage.

Availability: Candidates must be available to work on weekdays and one weekend per month. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants who cannot meet this availability requirement.
